YOUR MISSION
- Analyze brand tracking data to deliver insights on Company and competitor brand health, brand perceptions, customer satisfaction and purchase behavior
- Partner and collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development and Sales teams on consumer product testing; Gather supporting documentation and input
- Support the development of primary quantitative research including methodology selection, questionnaire design, programming, fielding, analysis, and reporting
- Assist with voice of the customer initiatives, ad hoc projects, research vendor selection and vendor management as needed
YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a preferred focus in Marketing, Market Research, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or applicable field of study
- 2+ years’ experience in consumer research at a Market Research Firm, Department or Agency with a strong background in primary research design
- Experience with research tracking programs (brand, NPS, etc.) with a strong grasp of tracking methodologies, common scenarios, and analysis
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communications skills required; Experience working with multiple sources of data to distill insights into a cohesive and visually compelling presentation
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, organization, and time management skills with superior attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, ability to take initiative and work both independently and within a team
- Experience with online survey providers preferred (e.g., Qualtrics or Medallia)
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; Specifically, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of SPSS and/or other quantitative reporting tools
- Experience with PowerBI or Tableau a plus
