Job Requisition – Measurement & Analytics Reporting Operation Coordinator (RoC)

Job Description

A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by supporting the process of tracking and reporting on required or business critical learning initiatives that improve the PwC experience. You will be an integral part of the end-to-end tracking and reporting process for these courses. You will participate in cross functional discussions to identify target audiences and related business requirements, define tracking and reporting (T&R) methodology, drive issue identification and resolution, as well as, identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and centralize process improvements effectively driving efficiencies and quality. You will communicate to leadership to help ensure all program tracking and reporting aspects are properly managed through their defined life cycle.

As a Measurement & Analytics Reporting Operations Coordinator on the Learning and Development team, you will oversee a team of individuals supporting and executing the tracking and reporting tasks on an ongoing basis. You will be a liaison between business representatives and technical contacts to produce accurate and timely data related to the completions of learning objects for given target audiences. You will work with those in L&D (e.g., strategists, lead producers, LM&T and others in M&A) to ensure appropriate steps are taken to effectively document T&R requirements and manage programs through the T&R phase. You will work to drive increased T&R process effectiveness and efficiency by (1) training others in L&D about the importance of data quality (2) automating routine tasks for increased efficiencies and (3) developing onshore and offshore resources to execute quality assurance and issue resolution tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with L&D project teams to understand the learning strategy, solution, consequences to learners for non-completion and other business context for programs that require tracking and reporting.
  • Accurately capture T&R requirements including but not limited to, target audience definition, completion logic, reporting requirements, deadlines, learner communication requirements, etc.
  • Develop T&R processes for new programs aligned with established standard practices.
  • Manage T&R process of active programs with a detailed level of focus, maintaining close communication with program owners.
  • Develop procedures in collaboration with M&A reporting team, US Technology, and system vendors to query, test, validate and report on business critical data components.
  • Manage stakeholder (e.g., lead producers, portfolio leads, & strategists) expectations and roles & responsibilities, negotiate a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
  • Drive ongoing optimization of the T&R process, by collaborating with team to share learned techniques, and ongoing development of your own and the team’s technical acumen
  • Develop automations to improve the accuracy and speed of tasks using technologies available like Alteryx, UiPath, etc.
  • Maintain positive virtual team relationships to promote effective collaboration and shared outcomes.
  • Use design thinking (including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and prototyping)
  • Use agile project management techniques (including sprint planning, backlog management, and sprint review)
  • Manage issue identification and resolution tasks, problem-solve matters impacting the overall process and day-to-day activities to prevent quality issues from impacting L&D operations including learner and stakeholder reporting.
  • Drive significant improvement of T&R related data quality by collaborating with the data quality team to achieve accurate reporting of the number and type of issues impacting the T&R processes and the time it takes to resolve issues.
  • Develop and present leadership/stakeholder presentations
  • Develop internal relationships with business representatives and technical points of contact from groups outside of L&D including global groups that are needed to improve T&R data quality

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience with managing critical business reporting operations
  • 3 years of experience with Business Intelligence tools and structured relational databases
  • Stakeholder management and communication experience
  • Knowledge of database query tools including SQL coding
  • Experience building workflow automations using tools like Alteryx, UI Path, etc.
  • Understanding of employee / people, learning management, and compliance data
  • Effective at project management, working across multiple internal teams and external vendors.
  • Passion for data and data enabled business process improvements
  • Strong analytical skills used to determine root cause of issues
  • Strong communicator across diverse backgrounds and cultural difference
  • Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making (leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform a plus
  • Experience with Human Capital, or Learning Management Systems a plus
