Responsibilities:

Consult with LD project teams to understand the learning strategy, solution, consequences to learners for non-completion and other business context for programs that require tracking and reporting.

Accurately capture TR requirements including but not limited to, target audience definition, completion logic, reporting requirements, deadlines, learner communication requirements, etc.

Develop TR processes for new programs aligned with established standard practices.

Manage TR process of active programs with a detailed level of focus, maintaining close communication with program owners.

Develop procedures in collaboration with MA reporting team, US Technology, and system vendors to query, test, validate and report on business critical data components.

Manage stakeholder (e.g., lead producers, portfolio leads, strategists) expectations and roles responsibilities, negotiate a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.

Drive ongoing optimization of the TR process, by collaborating with team to share learned techniques, and ongoing development of your own and the team s technical acumen

Develop automations to improve the accuracy and speed of tasks using technologies available like Alteryx, UiPath, etc.

Maintain positive virtual team relationships to promote effective collaboration and shared outcomes.

Use design thinking (including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and prototyping)

Use agile project management techniques (including sprint planning, backlog management, and sprint review)

Manage issue identification and resolution tasks, problem-solve matters impacting the overall process and day-to-day activities to prevent quality issues from impacting LD operations including learner and stakeholder reporting.

Drive significant improvement of TR related data quality by collaborating with the data quality team to achieve accurate reporting of the number and type of issues impacting the TR processes and the time it takes to resolve issues.

Develop and present leadership/stakeholder presentations

Develop internal relationships with business representatives and technical points of contact from groups outside of LD including global groups that are needed to improve TR data quality
Qualifications:
-
5 years of experience with managing critical business reporting operations
-
3 years of experience with Business Intelligence tools and structured relational databases
-
Stakeholder management and communication experience
-
Knowledge of database query tools including SQL coding
-
Experience building workflow automations using tools like Alteryx, UI Path, etc.

Understanding of employee / people, learning management, and compliance data
-
Effective at project management, working across multiple internal teams and external vendors.

Passion for data and data enabled business process improvements

Strong analytical skills used to determine root cause of issues

Strong communicator across diverse backgrounds and cultural difference

Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making (leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.)

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform a plus

Experience with Human Capital, or Learning Management Systems a plus
