Desired Skills and Aptitudes
- Strong theoretical understanding of Natural Language processing (NLP) class of models, model architectures
- Experience in creating new Neural NLP architectures for different use cases and the use of correct datasets, achieving the desired target accuracy
- Hands-on experience with NLP and NLG models like BERT, GPT-2, GPT-3, Megatron-LM etc…
- Forward looking attitude, analyse upcoming trends in NLPs, NLGs
- Good understanding of NLP, NLG accuracy metrics and quantization techniques like Quantization aware training, fine-tuning etc.
- Good understanding of various model pruning and compression techniques.
- Strong in mathematical statistics, probability theory and Linear algebra related to Machine Learning / Deep Neural NWs
- Background of HW architectures like GPUs, AI accelerators like TPUs will be a plus
- Strong development skills in C++ / Python
- Strong hands on expertise in Deep Learning frameworks such as Pytorch and TensorFlow
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and team player

Bachelors – Computer Science, Bachelors – Engineering, Bachelors – Information Systems
7+ years of Systems engineering or related work experience.
Masters – Computer Science, Masters – Engineering, Masters – Information Systems
1+ years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports. ,2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above) ,2+ years supervisory experience. ,3+ years experience with Testing Software such as Bugzilla, LoadRunner, etc. ,3+ years experience working in a large matrixed organization. ,3+ years experience with Database Management Software. ,3+ years experience with Development Environment Software such as Apache Maven, Ruby, etc. ,12+ years Systems Engineering or related work experience.
