Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Responsibilities:
– Research, design, develop, enhance, and implement different components of machine learning accelerator based on performance and code-size as per needs of the customer workloads and benchmarks.
– Implement machine learning operators for Qualcomm SOCs.
– Implement machine learning operators for Qualcomm SOCs.
Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
– 8 years Systems Engineering or related work experience.
– 8 years Systems Engineering or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
– Hands-on experience writing SIMD and/or multi-threaded high-performance code is required.
– Hands-on experience in implementing machine learning operator for an accelerator is a plus.
– Hands-on experience with different approximation (accuracy vs performance) algorithms to implement machine learning operator is a plus.
– Hands-on experience implementing DSP Kernels a plus.
– Hands-on experience in Hexagon SIMD programming is a plus.
– Hands-on experience in C/C , Python development (5 years)
– Hands-on experience with Object Orientated Design, TDD development solutions such as GoogleTest etc. (4 years)
– Experience with Source Code and Configuration management tools, git knowledge is required
– LLVM or any industrial strength compiler development experience is a plus.
– Willingness to work in a cohesive software development environment with ability to work on low level implementation (code test) and interfacing with hardware and simulators
– Prior working experience of hardware accelerators and hardware software co-design
– Experience in using C 14/17 (advanced features)
– Experience at both the firmware (RTOS) and system level (Linux) in SOC

1 years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports. ,2 years supervisory experience. ,2 years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above) ,3 years experience with Testing Software such as Bugzilla, LoadRunner, etc. ,3 years experience working in a large matrixed organization. ,3 years experience with Database Management Software. ,3 years experience with Development Environment Software such as Apache Maven, Ruby, etc. ,12 years Systems Engineering or related work experience.
