Job Description
Role: Senior Business Analyst – Sales Engineer
Experience Level: 4 to 7 Years
Work location: Mumbai & Bangalore
Role & Responsibilites:
As part of the core sales team of Quantiphi, the Sales Engineer will be responsible for execution of end-to-end
sales process in a B2B environment. Your responsibilities will include:
โข Take ownership for enhancing the customer experience, assisting customers by utilizing consultative
selling practices and guidelines to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions
โข Manage communication & relationship with customers, prospects and partners and maintain high
levels of customer satisfaction
โข Prepare and explain products, solutions or services to a variety of audiences
โข Develop sales collaterals(Business and technical presentations, Point of views, solution approaches
etc.,)
โข Engage & drive end-to-end pre-sales activities for the company in Data Science & Applied AI domain.
โข Work closely with cross functional teams (Solution Architects, Engineering team and other sales support
teams) towards meeting customer requirements
โข Apply the right analysis frameworks and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop
creative solutions to complex business problems
โข Bring thought leadership to conversations with customers, prospects and partners to methodically
define business problems, capture requirements, scope the solution and support the closure of the
deal
โข Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification
โข Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence
โข Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required
Skills Required:
Apart from being Driven, Energetic and Ambitious, youll need the following:
โข Masters or Bachelorโs Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering
โข Excellent communication (written & verbal), including the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.

โข Understanding of sales cycle and sales techniques
โข Experience of B2B sales, customer communication and relationship management is preferable
โข Logical ability to understand client’s needs and present solutions
โข Data driven mindset. Your plans and actions are backed by not just gut feeling but
also customer/industry/market research
โข Attention to detail and sharp acumen to propagate your views in an effective manner
โข Knowledge and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business, research, data
science, Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Technologies
โข Excellent aptitude in business analysis and awareness of quantitative analysis techniques.
Good to have:
โข Evidence of being a strong individual contributor and committed team player.
