Job Description:
- Good Python programming skills.
- Advanced NLP [Natural Language Processing] including statistical Knowledge of Deep Learning especially Transformers (better if someone has worked on Hugging Face library before).
- Fundamental understanding of working on GCP stack like Firestore, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) (should have done at least 1 project or a POC)
- GKE (optional but recommended).
- Basic Understanding of a backend web framework like tornado, fast API ,flask, etc
- Worked on GIT version control. Knowledge of software engineering practices including git fork and branch workflows
- Good to have knowledge on writing test cases in pythonunit testing, integration testing, e2e testing, etc.
- Deployed ML models using TensorFlow serving in the past.
- Understanding of Docker, Docker compose is a must (Because we work on more advanced stack including skaffold)
- GCP knowledge is the must
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Create high-level solution architecture and design deep learning solutions to business problems Gather and analyze requirements from various stakeholders to deeply understand their business and technical needs and transform it into a data science use case
- Assist clients in establishing appropriate vision and value point of view to drive capabilities and a common vision across teams.
- Build compliant architectures, understanding the security and compliance needs of data
- Guide and help the engineering team with the implementation of ML solutions including building, testing, and assessing models that predict and optimize business outcomes based on the client’s success criteria.
- Building deep relationships with clients by understanding their stated but more importantly, latent needs.
- Develop sophisticated yet simple interpretations of solution and communicate insights, including cost-benefit analyses and quantifiable business impacts, to clients (IT leadership and business executives).
- Maintain the latest knowledge of existing and emerging scientific principles/techniques and apply them to identify and develop innovative solutions in the area of AI and Machine learning (Domains such as Speech, Computer Vision, NLP, and RL).
- Guide our fast-growing tech teams in building world-class solutions that are highly intelligent, robust, scalable, and secure.
- Build advanced tools and techniques to facilitate machine learning frameworks.

Salary: ₹500,000.00₹2,400,000.00 per year
