POSITION SUMMARY:
Business Analysts at Quench play a critical role in enabling growth by optimizing business processes, identifying new technology breakthroughs, and leading successful execution. A successful Business Analyst will maintain a deep understanding of the end-to-end business process, monitor the system landscape to understand gaps in the current tools and, as relevant, lead the full process to select, implement, and successfully realize the benefits of a system or process upgrade.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of current state processes and system landscape for assigned department(s) and monitor key metrics to evaluate efficiency and pain points – target department would be Field Service and/or Supply Chain
- Serve as a trusted partner of the assigned department(s), including understanding their business goals actively contributing to their initiatives
- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our systems
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes
- Work with trainers to guide employee proper usage of the systems
- Assist with project management as assigned
- Contribute to major project success within the department, when relevant, by leading as a project manager to coordinate inputs from the department, IT, external stakeholders, and executive leadership as required
- Interface with the business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements for system changes, both incremental and transformational improvements
- Raise proactive suggestions to optimize process or system set-up, including staying up to date on industry best practices
- Collaborate with IT leadership on roadmap planning and prioritization
QUALIFICATIONS

Must have:
- 4-year degree in related field (or relevant experience)
- Prior experience working in or with Salesforce.com
- Knowledge in generating process documentation
- Prior experience working with a service organization or supply chain function
- At least 5 years Business Analyst experience
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing
- Humility to learn the business and current state processes
- Effective time management and value-based prioritization
- Honesty and integrity in all facets of the role, owning and learning from mistakes
- Mature presence and poise to engage with senior leadership
Nice to have:
- Prior consulting experience
- Experience with specific Salesforce packages such as CPQ, Service Max, Zuora, Financial Force
- Familiarity with SQL and/or PowerBI
- IIBA, PMI or PMI-PBA certified
