Job Location: Thiruvananthapuram
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work independently, or as part of a team, to design and develop Advanced Analytics solutions using machine learning algorithms and data visualization techniques.
- Closely working with Executives, Senior Managers, and coordinate with Client, cross-functional team to understand the business objectives and deliver as per the business needs.
- Team player in an agile work environment to drive data model implementations and algorithms into practice.
- Responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting architectural requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs).
- Solving complex problems involving multiple image data sets, as well as optimizing existing AI algorithms for performance.
- Knowledge in deploying computer vision models in embedded platforms and devices from NVIDIA, ARM, Renesas, TI.
- Running tests, performing statistical analysis, and interpreting test results and documenting best practices for model development processes.
- Keeping up-to-date in developments in computer vision specifically using deep learning.
- Playing a key role in mentoring engineers, project guidance & support and play the role of a CoC leader.
- Contribute to Branding, Client value, Collaboration through design thinking and Agile practices
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Expertise and experience in vision analytics using machine learning and deep learning.
- Deep knowledge of Vision Analytics using Machine learning and Deep Learning.
- Ability to develop robust ML models in Python, MATLAB, R etc.
- Knowledge of Deep Learning (DL) concepts like CNN & Reinforcement networks, data preparation, data augmentation, transfer learning, regression, classification, object detection, image segmentation, generative networks.
- Experience with standard DL tools and libraries like Caffe, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MxNet etc.
- Develop/Understand model/network architecture related to image classification, object detection, segmentation, pose estimation and data generation.
- Able to capture requirements from customer and propose solutions using AI techniques
- Possessing an extensive analytical skill, strong attention to detail, and a significant ability to work in team environments.
- Good industry knowledge, analytical and problemsolving skills and ability to work well within a team as well as an individual.
- Highly creative, innovative, committed, intellectually curious with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated history of delivering optimal business results via innovative computer vision solutions.
- Proven leadership abilities to build strong teams and establish relations.
- Solid AI knowledge and experience in a consulting with customer managers to determine and refine machine learning objectives
- Implement, customize and fine-tune algorithms based on published papers shared by customer.
Desired Skills:
- Overall 10+ years of experience in with 5+ years of solid experience in Computer vision and AI.
- Experience in devising, prototyping and testing machine learning and deep learning models for vision analytics.
- Knowledge of ML/DL frameworks, libraries, data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
- Work experience in developing AI models, for use cases like anomaly detection, defect detection, pose estimation, synthetic data generation)
- Expertise in Python Libraries Pandas, Numpy, Seaborn, Matplotlib, Scikitlearn, Keras and TensorFlow in developing end to end Analytics and ML, DNN models.
- Have knowledge in Docker and Kubernetes, MS-Azure and AWS ML platforms and offerings in computer vision and familiarity with MLOps.
- Ability to guide a team in developing robust AI models in Python, MATLAB and DL frameworks.
