Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
- We are looking for a seasoned analyst who possesses a unique blend of emotional intelligence, business acumen, and technical skills.
- This role requires a data savvy professional who is committed to delivering high-quality results in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
What You ll Do:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track day to day operational metrics and help monitor status of objectives and key results
- Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct root cause analysis and find the so what in our data. Translate data into tangible business insights and action plans
- Collaborate with CX business partners to identify and drive process improvements through the Lean Six Sigma tool kit (DMAIC)
- Map current and future state business process workflows as well as document SOPs
- Implement pilot programs, conduct retrospective reviews, and iterate via control planning
- Build clear, concise presentations. Present analysis to peers and/or leadership
- Build analytical models and run scenario analysis that will assist with resource needs, risk management, forecasting, and budgeting
- Be an ambassador for Lean Six Sigma and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Provide CX leadership support on ad hoc requests and special projects
What You ll Bring:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst, business operations, or strategy/consulting role
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Microstrategy, Power BI, and Tableau
- Advanced Excel skills and basic understanding of SQL
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. Minimum Green Belt certification preferred
- Robust analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated learner and passionate team player
- Well-organized, yet flexible with changing priorities. Comfortable working with ambiguity
- Excellent oral, written, communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and penchant for flawless execution
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems. Familiarity in Salesforce.com and NetSuite preferred
- Understanding of Promotions, Retail, and Media industries preferred
