Job Detail:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain spreadsheets that track various contractor details such as contact information, location, training and other personal and company related information.
- Create various dashboards/excel reports.
- Ensure the ATS/CRM system is up to date.
- Manage communications regarding contract worker compliance and help enforce completion of company and client mandated training.
- Utilize various websites to track training, upload certificates and general database housekeeping.
- Support the team on various queries on timesheet, payroll, documentation.
- Should be ready to work in night shift (8PM to 5.30AM IST _ 5 days working)
Required Skill set:
- Candidates who have good excel skills, attention to detail and good command on English.
- Prefer candidates with exp in compliance domain.
- A Go getter attitude and a pleasing personality.
- Strong command on English language both spoken and written communication.
- Bachelors Degree
- Eagerness to learn.
- Willing to work in US Shift
- Excellent networking skills, people person and team player
- Creative and Research Oriented
- Good Reasoning, Quantitative Skills and organization skills
- Strong Analytical and interpersonal skills
