Job Location: Bangalore
Position Overview
The Functional Support Analyst will primarily be responsible for providing support for end-users & the DVC team relating to planned/released capabilities driving adoption into the business. The role will be providing support for a specific business area within the DVC team where they build a trusted partnership with their assigned DVC Team, DVC Change Management team & the RL end user community.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis used by teams to influence & improve decision making across operational processes
- Monitor & regularly report data quality for specific focus areas through analysis, system queries/ad hoc reporting
- Support documentation of business processes via detailed workflows, including functional & data requirements in partnership with agile team
- Document end-user feedback from showbacks with business (prototypes, system demos), informs future business requirements
- Support end-to-end testing of solutions being developed by agile technical development teams
- Support end-user training including documentation, training attendance adherence, calendars
- Provide post-go-live support & support hyper care activities
- Assist Business teams with maintaining data attributes within RL systems as required by Product Owners (i.e. updating, adding, or removing as needed)
- Assist in monitoring of user adoption & process adherence via KPIs in partnership with change management team
- Have regular connects with track mentors & co-pilots: onboarding, workflow assignment, issue resolution, feedback loops
- Document issues/risks & escalate them to Product Owners
- Log and maintain open tasks within Jira work management tool
Additional functional support activities as defined by business leads
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Fashion or any bachelorโs degree preferred
- Good to have experience or training done in internship with PLM tool
- Experience with reporting & analytics preferred, including using BI tools (Microstrategy or similar)
- Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Forms, Jira, SmartSheet, Mural & other or equivalent tools
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with confidence presenting in small group settings
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and manage complex cross-functional business processes
- Collaborative, motivated, and energetic with ability to work on multiple tasks
- Team player that thrives in a learning environment that is agile & connected to the โend-userโ
