We are seeking a talented and driven Power BI Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with a specific focus on Power BI. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand their data needs, develop insightful reports, and create compelling visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Transform raw data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Extract, clean, and integrate data from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, Excel).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design.
- Create and maintain documentation for developed reports, dashboards, and processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage and data interpretation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI (3-6 years).
- Proficiency in DAX and Power Query M language.
- Strong Python and SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex data sets into clear and actionable business insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
