Job Description
***This role is fully remote, with preference to be close to one of our ReadyRefresh facilities (Tampa, FL; Dallas, TX; Northeast)***
The Safety, Health & Environmental Analyst will support our National SHE Team. Ensure compliance with Legal & Other safety, health, & environment (SHE) requirements through effective tracking and reporting on execution. Improve the effectiveness of the SHE team through the generation of data-based insights, and the translation of these trends into forward-looking improvement activities. Gather critical company data (Hours Worked, Logistics, HR, Operations as well as other functional groups) and compile it into reports for DOT, Safe Driving – Telematics, Safety, and Environment so leaders can manage and track execution. This will require someone who can effectively work in multiple system platforms (Velocity EHS, NSC, Analytics, Power BI, and others), understand the miscellaneous projects we are working on and lead the analytics effort to deliver results. Candidate must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves SHE, DOT, Safe Driving, Environmental, and telematics processes.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Ensure compliance with Legal & Other requirements by effectively leveraging systems (internal and external) for DOT, environmental, Training, Telematics, Velocity EHS, and HR.
Update organization hierarchy and user privileges as needed to enable compliance.
Coordinate communication between compliance stakeholders (DOT compliance with random drug & alcohol screening, DOT-required inquiries to prior employers, hours of service, monthly DOT CSA updates, environmental permits and testing).
Develop reports to ensure compliance with Legal & Other requirements.
Leverage innovations and technology to improve data collection and analysis processes.
Improve analysis of overall SHE performance.
Partner with functional and national teams such as SHE, Operations, Data & Insights, IT, Field Operations, and HR to develop, enhance, improve, or align systems, processes, and technology to analyze data around SHE performance and engagement within the organization.
Work with the same teams to determine incremental data sources and systems required to best enable focused SHE performance and engagement improvements.
Improve analysis of specific SHE initiative impacts.
Enable accurate SHE data collection and analysis by keeping system hierarchy and data submissions current and accurate.
Use systems to accurately measure & forecast initiative impacts on results.
Support the assessment of initiative effectiveness through development of relevant KPIs and appropriate cadence of analysis and trending.
Coordinate SHE initiatives and rollouts to the field.
Handle accounts payable and forecasting for the SHE function.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- College Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data systems maintenance with business analysis. (SHE systems preferred)
- Has demonstrated success analyzing disparate, complex sources of data using complex analytical methods with high level of customer support/service role while supporting multiple team members.
- Experience validating and providing data to stakeholders to assist them in driving change, creating awareness when deviating from established norms
- Ability to analyze different workstreams and provide perspective/ recommendatons to business partners to help them effectively and efficiently embed their programs
- Proven written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively partner with different business leaders, prioritize work and manage expectations.
- Prior experience managing a P&L/budget responsibilities
