We are looking for a data guru to join our Business Analytics team to assist the Mixed Use division by providing actionable insights regarding business operations, product features, and customer behaviors by retrieving, sanitizing and testing the data from the source. As a Business Analyst IV, you will report to the Director, Program Management Office and Business Analytics.
The Business Analytics team works with company management to define, collect and present the metrics used to make good decisions. The team is a collection of analysts that facilitate the network of data between our internal and external sources of data.
This role is geared toward someone who is passionate about asking and answering questions about the business through large data sets. A desire to provide actionable insights and experience with SQL coding is essential while knowledge in SaaS business metrics is a plus.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Be the go-to analyst for the Mixed Use Team
- Develop a deep understanding of our intelligence platform and the sources of data that populate it.
- Coordinating with our offshore teamin India (intermediator)
- Complete ad-hoc analysis for business problems and present to stakeholders to provide actionable insights
- Assist with prioritization of incoming requests and manage team sprints
- Be at the core a team player, assisting other team members and helping them to learn
- Consistently deliver results on time and within the expected margin of task completion
- Responsible for Mixed Use analytics reporting working with various departments to provide business metrics
- Write SQL code to pull data from our database
- Build visualizations and dashboards
- Python Experience
- Apache Airflow
- CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment)
- 3+ years analytics experience
- Proficiency with SQL
- Experience with Looker or other Business Intelligence tool
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically and solve problems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, collaboration and influencing skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic and goal oriented
- Python/R experience preferred
- Experience working with a datawarehouse preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
