The RealPage Payments platform is the industry’s leading provider of payments services. Our Payments platforms support a wide range of customers across the real estate industry. Customers rely on our technology and services platform to offer online and on-premise payments and run sophisticated financial operations. You will be responsible for assisting the team and our clients in creating solutions and integrating technology between our cloud-based services which will profoundly improve the living experience of renters and homeowners while increasing the profitability of owners and operators.

WHAT YOUâLL DO:

The Integration Specialist is a type of Business Analyst that utilizes software and industry experience to analyze customer needs, product capabilities and identify and implement sound integration solutions. An integration specialist is responsible for developing strategic procedures and upgrades, and managing systems configuration. Integration specialists analyze the system’s operation and its efficiency to support business functions and deliverables. The BA works with clients and 3rd party software contacts to discuss, design and process requirements and serves as the product expert assisting internal and external clients to maximize the success of RealPage products. Additionally, the BA works with the Product team through the product enhancement life cycle from analysis and design through client acceptance and training of the product.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Project Management of ongoing projects
  • Manage integrations as the SME for troubleshooting issues and addressing questions.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and software development advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Clearly documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, engineers, support agents, and operational & managerial staff.
  • Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs, operational needs and requirements.
  • Performing user acceptance testing. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Updating and maintaining procedures, product & technical specifications, customer facing API documentation, and release notes.
  • Training resources on new software features and functionalities being released to customers. Serving as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders and users.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with key stakeholders.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, integrations or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to review basic JSON and XML files to understand construction, composition and troubleshoot errors.
  • Advanced technical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating documentation, detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience in a similar role within financial services, banking, or payment services.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Experience with SAFe Agile and Scrum is preferred.
  • Experience working with Payments and/or Systems Integrations
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
  • Direct experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Direct experience/understanding of Single Sign On, as well as .NET and SQL Server development.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or information systems or equivalent experience.
