You will support the rapid growth by developing business metrics, mining data to uncover consumer insights and business opportunity, and partnering with internal stakeholders to drive the business. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with proven experience of delivering results. You should have the ability to see data patterns and unearth problems and work independently in picking up new opportunities of improvement in business processes. Specific responsibilities include identifying the necessary metrics and creating reports to increase understanding of business, proactively identifying pain points or opportunities through systematic measurement. The Business Analyst will be detail oriented, and possess expertise in both qualitative and quantitative analysis with a passion for delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders. The right candidate will blend advanced reporting with strong critical thinking and project management skills. Your success in the role will have a large impact on improving the customer experience, improving throughput, finding inefficiencies and helping business grow. The successful candidate will communicate effectively across teams and levels, while balancing the needs and requirements of internal and external customers. They will be relentlessly focused on improving the customer experience and improving business metrics. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment will also be key. About the Role:-
As a business analyst, individual will solve specific business problems through answers driven by data, ensuring data aggregation, data sanitization & creating management reports, KPI dashboards and will work in conjunction with Product & Tech teams to build and scale internal tools & Chatbot along with development of fraud Detection systems to avoid misuse of company policies.
Candidate Requirements:-
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in Business Analytics Driven problem-solving
- Mandate working experience on data skills- Advanced excel, MS- SQL, Dashboards building
- Knowledge on data skills- Power BI, R, Python, VBA, Tableau
- Work experience on real world consumer facing sectors
- Knowledge of data techniques like time series forecasting, regression, classification and clustering
