Job Location: Pune
- Be responsible for analyzing qualitative and quantitative feedback obtained through various programs, projects, and initiatives
- Identify top themes and drivers, report to all stakeholders on progress, and measure success and failures over time
- Coordinate with stakeholders on the feedback from our Sales teams and help close the loop
- Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
- Identify opportunities and take initiative to streamline and improve existing processes for the programs, projects, or the initiatives
- Provide input to planning, prioritizing, and design features for ongoing program enhancements
- Provide input to communicating feature release roadmap to internal stakeholders across the organization
- Directly engage with Sales, Sales Operations, and other business teams to identify regional differences, areas of improvement, and standardization
- Partner with relevant groups within the business to define requirements for process design, development, and implementation of new programs
- Incorporate data analysis, program and project management, and business process improvement methodologies to lead cross-functional changes
- Measure performance and provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for key operational processes
- Serve as a key point of contact for engaging and leading functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather business requirements to design core processes
- Participate as a subject matter expert in the development of priority projects with the regional Sales Operations teams
- Manage process and policy documentation globally whilst considering geo linkages
- Create process flow charts that breaks down each step
- Collaborate with IT and System Change Implementation leads to ensure the correct mapping and impact of business processes on business systems
What you will bring
- 5 years of experience working in a business analyst role
- Excellent communication skills in coordinating technology solutions and processes with both technical and business stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate business rules logic into technical requirements
- Experience taking data and visualizing it for leadership and cross-functional consumption
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about solving tough problems
- Passion and curiosity for data and problem solving
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in using analytic tools like data gathering and analysis, spreadsheets, flowcharting, and process diagramming
- Ability to holistically examine a business process through business process mapping
- 5 years of experience working in a business process management or improvement role
- Experience with program or project management process, policy, and tools
- Capabilities in deconstructing processes and policies and metrics, to identify areas of opportunity for leading the development and implementation of new processes and policies
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to motivate and focus people where there is and is not a direct reporting relationship
- Demonstrable experience of managing stakeholder relationships
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in simplified terms
- Experience working in the enterprise software industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales methods and experience in delivering improvement in a sales environment
- Bachelors degree in engineering or business field is a plus
