About the job:
In this role, you will focus on finance and payroll service delivery, processes, compliance, and operations, as well as operational excellence and scalability within the People (HR) team for the delivery of services. You’ll partner closely with members across the Finance, HR, and IT teams and the business to actively deliver standard processes and services.
As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll need to have solid communication and presentation skills and ability to work with subject matter experts in the business. You will perform data analysis and consistent review of data to guide decision making and enhancements to support scalability and efficiencies and promote operational excellence across the Finance Transformation team.
You’ll be responsible for process design and delivery for the finance and payroll transformations within the region and globally. You’ll need to be flexible, calm under pressure, highly communicative, and comfortable taking ownership and serving in a leadership role in ambiguous situations. You’ll need to demonstrate mastery in engaging Finance global process owners (GPOs), regional Finance and HR stakeholders, and delivery partners.
You’ll use an open and collaborative approach to work with the Finance team and across the business. You’ll also need to demonstrate a commitment to customer service, anticipate challenges, and meet and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with Finance and Payroll Operations teams globally on the transition of processes and services
- Facilitate the creation of processes and support model materials for the Finance and Payroll teams
- Partner with process owners to develop training requirements for transitioning services
- Define success measures with program lead and delivery team
- Analyze data within the Finance and Payroll Operations teams on services to identify opportunities for efficiencies
- Facilitate processes optimization initiatives
- Serve as a change agent for services being transitioned and technology releases
- Support testing of new technologies and enhancements
- Ensure that all projects include organizational change management and communication plans
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information, whether internal to Red Hat or customer-specific
What you will bring:
- Process engineering and design capability

- Experience with service delivery model and shared services
- Knowledge of HR and finance process and service areas
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to persuade stakeholders
- Solid consulting and facilitation skills
- Experience using project and change management tools and methodologies
- 3-5 years of experience within HR or finance and process design
