- Shift & Net login Hours Adherence report
- Daily break Adherence report
- Daily Sign-In/Sign-out report
- Agents wise Disposition reports
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly Performance, Tenure wise AHT Comparison)
- Shrinkage Report ( TL, AM, OM, Process – Daily,Weekly,Monthly Wise)
- Attrition Report. ( TL, AM,OM,Process – Daily,Weekly,Monthly Wise)
- Daily Dialer dump with disposition for operation team.
- Making daily Internal Report (Agents Targets Vs. Achievement,)(Login Hour Deficit, Inbound & Outbound Hourly Call Ratios, Agents
