WHAT YOU WILL DO…
- Complete accounting and consolidation for the Renoir group as a whole.
- Complete handling of accounting controls (such as assets, liabilities, incomes and gains reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, etc.) for the whole group.
- Developing and standardizing accounting processes and treatments throughout the various companies of the group.
- Ensuring that any transaction is in correct alignment with the accounting policies and control environment of the company. Any deviation should be highlighted to management before such a transaction takes place.
- Ensuring timely presentation of all reports from Finance Department.
- Analyzing reports and bringing out decision points.
- Preparation of consolidated presentations.
- Financial Reporting and Disclosures – preparation of various financial reports, statements of disclosures, etc.
- Complete responsibility of financial and business control for the company as a whole – conducting process validation and audit and reporting deviations from policies, standards, procedures, etc.
- Developing, establishing and standardizing control processes and treatments throughout the company.
- Tracking internal processes and control adherence in the company. Creating and presenting MIS for such tracking.
- Tracking compliances with laws and adherence to disclosures made.
- Bringing in control processes, systems, etc.
- Coordinating with statutory auditors and drive timely completion thereof.
- Timely and accurate preparation of MIS/Budgets Consolidation of MIS/Budgets for the company as a whole. Analysis of MIS data and bringing out facts underlying the data through discussions with operations at various levels of the organization.
- Expenditure control and managing project costs
- Assistance in development of performance parameters for each region through detailed discussions and deliberations with regional COO’s.
- Tracking of important parameters and provide advance signals, if any, to management.
YOU WILL HAVE A C.A / I.C.W.A DEGREE AND …
- Detailed knowledge of processes and methods of accounting for business regions and their consolidation.
- Clear understanding of Indian GAAP and its implementation. Knowledge of IFRS is preferred.
- Should be able to cater to the requirements of statutory and internal audits in all completeness.
- Should be good in Microsoft Excel, Word, SAP and PowerPoint
- Should be focused and target oriented.
- Should be a team player.
- Should be a good communicator.
- Understanding of MIS/Budgeting, Management Accounting and Financial Control processes is a necessity.
- Clear understanding of business and financial review systems and processes is necessary.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of ERP systems will be a necessity. Should have working knowledge of Consolidation of Accounts. Must be strong in Financial Reporting.
- Analytical ability should be high – clear thinking. Should have the ability to bring out business and financial implications of decisions.
- Ability to communicate well is necessity. Should be able to get things done. Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Should be quality focused and target oriented. Ability to maintain compliance of time and quality targets seamlessly from various points of delivery within and outside the Finance Department will be needed.
YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE..
Experience in transitioning F & O systems will be an added advantage.
