The Opportunity
The ML Engineer role will play a pivotal role in productionising ML models into business processes and systems. This role will also be key in implementing AI risk mitigation and monitoring approaches.
Your Story
- Constructing e2e ML Ops (including CI/CD/CT) pipeline solutions with integration into business processes and systems
- Ideally (but not mandatory) the ability to coaching and advise on optimal H2O DS approaches
- Consulting on AI risks mitigation/monitoring approaches and ML delivery processes
- Capability development for Advanced Analytics, Data Science and AI
- Stay up to date with new techniques, solutions, and best practices across the industry

Has constructed a e2e ML Ops (including CI/CD/CT) pipeline solutions (reliable, scalable, automated)
- Must be experienced working in Cloud environments (preferably Azure or AWS)
- Experience in real-time integrations
- Prefer experience in Data Ops (ETL, managing Data quality)
- Prefer experience feature store (preferably in Snowflake)
- Knowledge of software development approaches, integration delivery & Rest API’s
- Ability to consult on AI risks mitigation/monitoring approaches and ML delivery processes
- Architectural design exposure to enable engagement with RLA architects to develop best-practice designs
- Must have solid understand of Python and SQL

Preferred additional skills
- Ability to provide H2O technical support (RLA side JavaScript updates, configuration)
- Ability to provide H2O coaching and advise on optimal H2O DS approaches
- Insurance or Financial Services experience (or other large organisation eg. Woolies, Qantas, Telstra)
- Strong communication in the written and verbal form
- While this role exists in a squad; ideally this role should be able to work independently to achieve outcomes
- Work within an agile framework delivering frequently and iteratively
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaboratively implement AI use case and drive business value
- Experience in delivery of OCR and NLP solutions
- Experience with Git
- Experience working with JSON files
