Job Location: Noida

RMS is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to be a key contributor to our growing Sales Operations function to ensure the ongoing success of our Client Development organization. This role will be based out of RMS office in Noida, India. In this role, the analyst will be a key tactical contributor to RMS Global Sales Operations team and help to ensure accurate sales forecasting processes, Salesforce.com data integrity, correct entitlement attribution, and oversee aspects of order fulfillment and invoicing. This is a cross-functional role as the analyst will work directly with Accounting, FPA, IT, and Service Operations.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of sales and accounting processes as well as a passion to engage directly with key internal stakeholders to remove operational obstacles and to ensure consistency of ongoing processes. As such, this role requires strong analytical and communication skills.

The analyst will be joining a Global Sales Operations team that prides itself on excellent partnerships and support for our Client Development organization and is passionate about impacting the business through our long-term vision and our day-to-day work. Role Description

Tactical/Process Support:

  • Process closed contracts/Opportunities within Salesforce through the booked-verification process
  • Manage all contracts and associated client entitlement data with Salesforce
  • Partner with Accounting and Service Operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve product fulfillment-related issues
  • Monitor and ensure a high level of data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce.com and other integrated systems to ensure accurate reporting
  • Assist client-facing Account Executives and Account Managers with forecast updates, account transfers, bookings attribution allocation, and other tasks

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Provide ad hoc support for Sales Operations monthly revenue close process including compiling reports and data
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce.com
  • Other projects and initiatives as needed to support ongoing Global Sales Operations engagement

Skills and Requirements:

  • Graduate with minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Operations/Revenue Operations
  • Able to work in PST Timings (Night Shift).
  • Experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, PowerBI/Tableau is a must.
  • Advance Excel
  • Apptus experience will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational, analytical and multi-tasking skills
  • Able to work independently and meet requirements, maintain ownership, offer potential solutions, drive work to completion within specified timelines.
