    Roles and Responsibilities

    Job Description

    1. Relevant experience as a Business Analyst in Lending Domain / Banking – Loan Origination, Loan Management
    2. Requirement Gathering, documenting the FSD, developing prototypes, execution and implementation of project.
    3. Application management – technical & Functional support,
    4. Will be the one point of contact for all software related support issues, new requirement and development
    5. Ability to learn the Business Application
    6. Will be responsible for ensuring quality & timely delivery.
    7. Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and recognize the commercial implications of decisions taken.
    8. Ability to judge priorities correctly to achieve corporate objectives.
    9. Curious, disciplined, self-starter, fast learner
    10. Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude.
    11. Excellent analytical ability.
    12. Ability to work & deliver under tough timelines
    13. Vendor Management
    14. Builds strong relationship with Business Analysis, Testing, and Technical Support teams from Vendor
    15. Good Communication skills (spoken & written) is a must
