Key Responsibilities

• Build dashboards, reports using SQL, DAX, Power BI or another visualization tools
• Develop new or maintain and improve existing ETL processes.
• Articulate and document architectural solutions and processes
• Attend technical and business meetings and act as a subject matter expert.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence developer using the Microsoft BI stack. SQL Server database, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in designing ETL/ELT processes including knowledge of data warehousing strategies and dimensional modeling.
• Experience in impact-analysis and root cause analysis
• Must be Familiar with Application Development Life Cycle and be able to independently participate in each component.
• Ability to design and build flexible and extensible systems with focus on code reuse and generation
• Ability to work well within a team environment that includes geographically distributed team members
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Experience in writing detailed technical specifications for developers; design, validate and execute software test plans
• Must be self-driven and ready to learn and improve skills when ready

Desired Skills

• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Implementing security measures.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven.
• Azure SQL Database.
