Roles and Responsibilities
- MIS report with the company on Daily, monthly, weekly reports basis.
- MIS reporting by using MS Excel.
- Managing the Monthly, Weekly & Daily Report Creating in MS-Excel through in depth analysis and producing the actionable information.
- Knowledge of excel formulas- Index match, V-look up, Sumif, Sumifs, Countif, Countifs, Pivot table, Sum, multiply, divide, Mid, left, right, replace, If condition.
- Report generation, Maintaining & analyzing data of multiple stores.
- Working on various reports as per management requirements.
- Category analysis, Promo analysis and offer planning basis analysis.
- Identifying stock gaps and plan Stock Allocations, consolidations for stores.
- Analysis of SOH and suggest strategies for faster liquidation of slow-moving stocks.
- Training retail staff in data analysis and interpretation of data.
- Conducting periodic store visits for stock audits.
- Share regular updates with OPS & Management team.
- creating invoicing , Inward and Outward Return reports of Stock
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication and team player. An eye for details and good observation skills required.
- Immediate joiners preferred
- 1 year + experience preferred
