Director or product operations will head the product management operations and will be part of product management to ensure superior operational delivery for product initiatives.
Key relationships:
- Pharma Client Executives (C-Suite, SVP/VP, Directors)
- Industry Thought Leaders in the areas of Pharma IT, Safety, Commercial and Clinical
- Sales/Pre-Sales Executives
- Product/Client Implementation Teams
- Operations support teams at Onsite and Offshore
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in computer science or related discipline
- Should have previous experience working in a Saas/Hi-tech organizations, in that
- Overall, 12+ years of IT experience in Data & Analytics of which 5+ years should be on Program – Project Management.
- Should have experience in managing large programs using BI technologies and analytic solutions.
- Proven technical experience in any DW/BI project delivery
- Experience in Project Planning, Effort Estimation, Scheduling, and Reporting is a must
- Ability to work with stakeholders in support of project delivery and to further knowledge on domain, vertical etc.
- Experience with statistics, data governance, business data and metrics definition is a big plus
- Should have experience presenting status and proposals to VP & Director level
- Experience in managing Production support initiatives & exposure to ITIL terminologies & principles
- Experience in managing project with successful SLA adherence, tracking & monitoring
- Technology experience / expertise on Informatica, Cognos, Tableau, Big Data, Predictive Analytics
- Setting up BI Strategy & Roadmap
- Working and presenting to CFO
- Can present and talk meaningfully to the business
- Drive weekly BI core meetings
- Know key SaaS business metrics
- Overseeing all the existing Tracks/Projects: Sales/Marketing/Finance etc.
