Launched in 2011, Saatva is a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer mattress and home
furnishings brand. We’re looking for a passionate, data-driven Paid Media Analyst to support
our search, social and other online advertising efforts.

About You
You have a good understanding of paid search, paid social and display. You’re passionate and
intellectually curious about the customer journey, and can deliver using creativity, attention to
detail, and cross-team collaboration.
You’re the right person for this role if you:

- Can turn an undefined idea into a structured project.
- Learn fast and can pivot quickly. You will run tests, analyze data, and integrate learnings
- into broader program strategy.
- Able to simultaneously manage multiple initiatives in a deadline-driven environment and are pragmatic and can balance short and long-term efforts.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media (search, social, display, etc…)
- Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
- Proficiency with Google Ads and Microsoft Excel: Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, Funnel, NinjaCat, BI, etc. a plus.
- Excellent program management, communication, and teamwork skills
- Strong problem-solving skills (out-of-the-box thinking)
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Experience working with large budgets
Responsibilities:
- Execute A/B testing efforts (creative, budget, strategy).
- Under manager’s direction, bid/budget manage all performance marketing channels
- Lead/execute account buildout efforts for all key performance channels – search, social, display/video.
- Manage day-to-day communications w/ select media vendors under Manage’ and Director’s direction
- Build and manage reporting dashboards for all channels. Proactively/independently manage, optimize, and troubleshoot paid search + paid social including Bid + budget management, Targeting management (eg… monitor search query matching) and design and execute in-platform growth builds.
