Your Impact

  • Lead product launch programs by gaining alignment on program scope and release planning, as well as aligning with one or more teams (Product, Engineering, scrum masters, TechOps, Release Eng, Capacity, functional managers, Release Management) on vision, business goals, crafting program structure, and securing cross-functional alignment.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful implementation and management of SaaS product development programs.

  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members.

The Director of Technical Program Management for Trailblazer Identity will drive a multi-year effort, large-scale program to evolve Trailblazer Identity, which is critical to the future of Marketing at Salesforce. The program will include implementing a new Identity service that works well across 40+ Digital properties, as well as building new experiences for sign up, single-sign on, and Trailblazer.me Profiles. This will include identity access management, session management, and more to break down data silos and facilitate the world of Trailblazer success through personalization and Identity-based marketing.

Senior Director, Technical Program Manager, Availability Operations

The Senior Director of Technical Program Manager for Availability Operations will build and drive the governance, workstreams, cultural transformation, and the operational backbone of various pivotal initiatives. This person will have 7-10+ years of people management experiences and will be deployed to drive strategic cross-organization programs. They will partner with the cross-functional and cross-business unit leadership teams to lead the strategy of these programs, as well as helping to plan, organize, and work with teams to achieve this vision. Senior Manager/Director, Technical Program Management, Heroku

As the Senior Manager/Director of Technical Program Manager for Heroku, you will be the operational heartbeat of our Product organization and a pivotal member of our team. This includes planning and facilitating key meetings, both internally and with our external business partners, budget and resource planning, and ensuring issues are tracked, blockers are removed, and achievements are met.

This leader will build and drive emerging programs – helping them quickly and efficiently achieve their goals through planning, influencing, and managing a complex stakeholder network. Director, Technical Program Management, Analytics Everywhere

The Director of Technical Program Management for the Analytics Everywhere program will build and drive cross cloud strategic analytics initiatives integrating Tableau with Salesforce Cloud products across the Customer 360 to make data and analytics insights available to all customers. The TPM will be responsible for laying the foundation for future products with Data 360 by partnering with cross-function and cross-cloud leadership teams to drive the strategy of the program, helping to plan, organize, and execute the vision for the program, driving executive alignment and keeping all informed on progress. Youโ€™ll plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, create processes, and work with multiple teams to ensure dependencies are known and the projects meet deadlines.

Key work streams will include working with GTM teams on updating our approach in the market to the Analytics Portfolio as well as providing leadership and operational excellence in partnership with Tableau, Data 360, and Product Cloud development teams including Engineering, Product Management, UX, etc. deliver on strategic product development initiatives. The TPM will often be covering new ground within the company and will need to determine how different organizations work, align key people to goals, and be creative in determining how to drive to success, leveraging successful models where they exist and creating processes and best practices where they don’t. This is an individual contributor role.
