What You ll Be Doing:

  • Improve existing processes. Fixing the engine while the car is moving we have outgrown some of our earlier implementations and dashboards. It s time to upgrade without slowing down
  • Provide data-driven insights. Track performance for our funnel metrics, pipeline management, and marketing attribution to enable transparency, accountability and revenue forecasting across our go-to-market teams. Advise the marketing and inbound BDR teams on what to focus on based on data.
  • Staying ahead of the curve. You ll leverage data to create better campaign workflows, processes, and trends to help us strategize ways to scale our business goals. You ll be involved in evaluating, implementing, and maintaining the future marketing tech stack.
  • Become the guardian of data. As a naturally data-hygiene-obsessed person that you are, you ll work to ensure data structure, integrity, and collection processes are aligned with reporting and business needs, including tracking of multi-touch user journeys.
  • Cross collaboration. You will be in a key cross-functional role that will coordinate with
    the larger operations team and revenue teams to ensure the organization is working towards unified solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in marketing operations
  • Expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce is a must
  • Technical expertise in key aspects of campaign and lead management
  • Prior experience or familiarity with native reporting capabilities in HubSpot and Salesforce is required, or with marketing attribution tools such as Bizible, Full Circle Insights, CaliberMind, etc.
  • Ability to perform data analysis and growth modeling with spreadsheets (i.e., pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) is required; experience with BI tools, SQL, data joins, etc. is a huge plus
  • Experience working with website supporting tools, for example, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and Content Management Systems is a plus
  • Using a project management tool like Trello to grant transparency to the team
  • Knowledge of B2B software and mobile apps would be of great advantage
