Main Responsibilities:
The Senior Director, Analytics & Reporting – Patient Support Services (PSS) will be responsible for leading a team responsible for the reporting of Patient Support Services KPIs, metrics and performing analyses on PSS programs and projects. This individual will be an integral partner to the Commercial Leadership and PSS therapeutic area leads, supporting patient journey, conversion, and adherence analyses. This individual will be responsible for managing a team that proactively identifies areas of opportunity to drive consistency and efficiencies across the Sanofi PSS therapeutic areas. This is a new role, and the individual will need to build the strategy and vision for the PSS Analytics & Reporting team.

Act as strategic partner to Commercial leadership and PSS leadership in key activities and assessment of new initiatives

Partner with PSS therapeutic area leads to develop and measure KPIs associated with PSS strategies, tactics, and programs

Lead development, production, and maintenance of KPI reports

Partner across the Forecasting & Analytics and Commercial Operations teams to ensure consistent vision and analytics across field teams

Conduct process flow mapping analyses to understand patient and HCP barriers to starting treatment

Create dashboards to synthesize information and enable business decisions

Coordinate with Data Management to ensure insights are based on reliable, high-quality information

About you:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
-
Minimum of 10+ years of Pharmaceutical, Commercial Analytics/Forecasting, Sales Operations, or Consulting experience
-
Ideal candidate will have experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or biologics, with knowledge of the specialty pharmacy/HUB services environment and patient support services.

Proficiency of programming languages (e.g., SQL, SAS, Python, R, VBA)
-
Experience working with SP data files (e.g., Capgemini)
-
Experience working with CRM data systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce)
-
Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau)
-
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Strong strategic awareness and business acumen
-
Strong proven leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment with many cross-functional partners

Self-starter, proactive in nature, and actively participates

Ability to understand and influence decisions

Experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo)

Experience using analytical platforms (e.g., Databricks, Jupyter Notebook, SAS Studio, SQL developers, etc.)
