MANDATE
The iCare Insights Business Analyst acts as the intermediary between Specialty Care Patient Support Services (PSS) and Digital, using a deep understanding of business processes and technology (PRM and reporting tools) to help business stakeholders achieve their desired outcomes.
The iCare Insights Business Analyst is an internal expert on how the data captured in and flowing through the PSS PRM (iCare Connect) is transformed and displayed in the PSS reporting tool: iCare Insights.
The iCare Insights Business Analyst is the internal expert on generating insights based on PSS business objectives and iCare data.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and analyze PSS business needs and coordinate between stakeholder groups to address them and deliver prompt, efficient, quality service

Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements for data use, analysis, and quality

Manage requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation processes to capture business and end user needs. Prioritize needs within and across projects based on business impact.

Create prototypes and codesign innovative solutions

Define, set up, and execute test cases to validate that the solution meets functional and non-functional requirements

Train and coach business superusers on new tools and data model changes

Engage with Digital and Business stakeholders and influence project decisions; assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands

Promote architectural consistency and usability standards; define and execute test cases

Identify opportunities for business-led delivery
REQUIREMENT
-
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in Reporting, IT, or Digital Product Management with a focus on Data Management and Reporting
