WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Compliance Senior Analyst, Business Control & Risk Management role within 1st line of Defense risk will focus on the day-to-day activities established within Commercial Banking and Real Estate & Vehicle Finance’s processes to help mitigate compliance risks faced throughout the business lines’ end-to-end processes.
The role will help track key risk indicators and monitor the control environment around crucial regulations such as Reg B, Reg O, Reg W, FDICIA, FCRA, Fair Lending, Flood, OFAC, CRA, CERCLA, and FIRREA.
The Senior Analyst will help track and maintain controls established to mitigate risks associated with these compliance regulations as well as other areas like compliance training requirements, the preparation of monthly Compliance decks, and help to track or to close any compliance-related issues or findings that the business may have opened or received.
Those who apply should have one or more of the following skills:
Experience in testing or other analytical processes
Need an understanding of banking regulations
Experience in the processes within Commercial Banking, risk management, or audit experience
Must be comfortable in dynamic environments
Able to prioritize effectively in an environment where there can be multiple priorities at any given time.

Education:
REQUIRED – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Business, Statistics, Risk Management, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or equivalent field.
Work Experience:
REQUIRED – Risk Management, 3-5 years
PREFERRED – Banking Industry, 3-5 years

Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking.
Occasionally moving and lifting equipment and furniture are required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
