About the Role:
You will work closely with a team of senior researchers on both on-going research programs and one-off custom studies. On each project, we work to understand the client’s business issues, design appropriate solutions, manage all facets of the design, field, analysis and interpretation and deliver succinct and prescriptive reports. Throughout, we ensure we build and maintain strong client relationships. Please note this role will work to US working hours (9am6pm EST).
You will support the team with a good foundation in quantitative techniques and strong organizational skills to ensure complex, multi-faceted research projects are executed flawlessly, from start to finish. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills will ensure collaborative and supportive relationship within the group.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Research instruments: basic questionnaires and tab plans; quality check online questionnaire links and statistical tables.
- Analysis: Perform key data analysis tasks, identify learnings and conclusions.
- Reporting: create PowerPoint reports that succinctly and clearly identify and communicate the findings.
- Client relationship management: Work with team members to ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely, positive and collaborative manner.
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in primary market research.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines.
- Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Work well in team environment.
