Job Location: Gurugram
- Provide insights for process improvements of existing processes across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of data and design metrics to track utilisation, productivity
- Create and implement precise management plans for every project/process/sub functions , with attention to transparent communication
- Perform gap analysis and communicate thorough quality assurance at for each project/process
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
- Manage large data collation & analysis for increased efficiency
- To embrace and role model the seven virtues and the rules of engagement as outlined in the Saxo Bank Corporate Statement
- Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
- Proven analytical abilities & capabilities in projects
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
- Extensive experience with data visualization
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Power BI/Visio
