Schneider Digital (SD): All IT needs for SE are managed by a group called Schneider Digital (SD); spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers.

Role: Lead Delivery for Schneider Digital in the Business Intelligence and Analytics space

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  • Total experience of 10-15 years, with excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills
  • Proven experience in helping organizations to grow whilst defining and implementing strategies for maximizing ROI from IT investments and partnering in business transformation
  • Engage in End to End planning and implementation of Key Strategic & Transformation Initiatives
  • Ability to analyze Business practice and Define KPI/Document Optimal Procedures/Practices
  • Drive process improvement and methodologies for effective process definition, measurement, and controls
  • Inception to implementation of Corporate Performance Management System, Workforce Operations and Quality Assurance guidelines & policies
  • Deep understanding of business processes, performance indicators and solution enablers to drive process improvements
  • Conceptualization and implementation of Delivery excellence performance framework Conceptualization and implementation of Eco System development initiativesCollaborating with Delivery and Functional teams and liaising with executive management for effective Service delivery
  • Drive innovation & cost optimization initiatives and help drive improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead global program deployments across various domains & geographies
  • Set up the right operating models to deliver value to business and build high performing teams
  • Experience in managing the E2E Product Operations lifecycle including resolving support tickets, raising SRs with vendors, following the escalation & triage mechanism to get SRs resolved by the vendors, ability to work with Oracle on the teams’ SRs, reporting status on a weekly basis to key stakeholders, analyzing & documenting RCAs, etc.
  • Experience in managing the E2E Product Engineering lifecycle including analyzing requirements for enhancements & new projects, assessing for dev readiness, supporting the team on technical queries, SR Management, Release Management, Product Upgrades, etc.
  • Experience in DevOps & Agile methodology and tools such as Jira, Service Now, etc.
  • Drive Delivery Excellence across the below domains for Product Operations support and Product Engineering; whilst maintaining performance KPIs at or above target for the following areas:
    • Data Management : Enable users to manage master data in Bridge SAP and 13 Federated ERPs, using OneShuttle application. Responsible for data migration, master data management & year-end processing

Technologies : Informatica, .Net, SAP, Oracle, UNIX

  • Business Intelligence : Integrate data from different ERPs & market intel into NAM DW/DL and Insight Warehouse. Perform analytics by building & generating BI reports and dashboards for the business and perform daily Data Loads into DW

Technologies : AWS, Redshift, S3, EC2, Lambda, DMS, Informatica, OBIEE, Tableau, DataBricks, Python, Click Replicate

  • People Analytics : Creating, enhancing & supporting visualization reports and data for HR Community to analyze their key business KPIs & provide actionable insights to the leadership team. Applications managed are OAC, ThoughtSpot, HRA, Oracle HCM Fusion, Intel Data Lake

Technologies : ODI, OBIEE, Sql/PLSql, Informatica, OBIA, OTBI, BI Publisher, Redshift, Agile, S3 AWS, Python (AI/ML)

  • SAP BW : Ensure latest data availability in all BW reports daily and perform system health checks & data transfer to upstream applications; for all ERPs

Technologies : SAP BW 7.5, BW on HANA & ABAP

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the globe such as NAM, Canada, SAM, EMEA, APAC, SEA, Turkey, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt; covering domains including: GSC, Procurement Teams, Sales teams, Customer Management Teams, Master Data Management Users & Leads across all ERPs, Finance Controllers, Regional Leads, BRMs, Global Marketing teams & HR Community
  • Ability to evaluate technology solutions for business requirements
  • Manage a team of employees & contractors
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the team
  • Manage strategic priorities for all transformation & delivery teams in scope
  • Should be able to identify opportunities for automation and implement the same to bring in efficiencies
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholders in a dynamic, matrix organization
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude and ability to inject optimism
  • Ability to challenge status quo and lead discussions in the right direction
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams locally and globally

Qualifications

Skills: The Candidate with should have strong expertise in the following: Analytical mindset, Strategic Planning, driving Transformation initiatives, Project Management, Change Management, Resource Management, Business Performance Management & Delivery Management across streams such as Data, Analytics & Business Intelligence.

Educational Qualification: Engineer and MBA from premier Institute would be preferred

Experience of IT Consulting would be an added advantage
