Job Summary:
Will be part of HO team in Service dept. Will learn the system and process of each deliverable of Service, After sales business and Product Management. Will bring in new methods to understand and analyse the progress of every service function for improving efficiency.
Required Skills:
Analytical, Strong Engineering basics, MS office, Advanced EXCEL, Basic coding, Team player, Good communication, Pleasing personality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Learn Product & Application offered by SSI
- Understand current system & process of service functions
- Compile the MIS and Analyse the reports
- Understand the Team network and its dynamics
- Market intelligence of projects
- Market intelligence of our share and competition
- Identifying the scope for digitization in service and product functions
- Improving the MIS and creating dashboards for dynamic monitoring
