Eligibility for Walk-in

Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform Data entry in the area of shipment on-time performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Responsible for the operational and management reporting responsibilities.
- Processing documents and information through the established shipment processing systems.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Identify Process Improvement opportunities and drive active discussions to explore those opportunities.
- Monitor and assess the performance of each functional area to provide seamless performance.
- Ability to successfully work across different functional areas, and quickly grasp the key elements of a new business domain without being overwhelmed by the complexity and a large amount of information.
- Thorough knowledge of process mapping and process re-engineering.
- Accumulating data through procedure mapping, stream graphing, and workshops to help enhance the existing business process or develop new business processes.
- Meeting with clients and stakeholders on a regular basis to gather data and information and to build a healthy rapport.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams and drive daily numbers of the business unit.
- Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
- Skilled in MS Office applications.
