Overview
Client Experience Reporting is a specialized function in Group Insurance, partnering with Account Management, Reporting and Analytics, Financial Accounting, Technology, and Claims for delivering highly specialized financial reporting.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Comprehensive audits of premium and claims, data quality, investigating financial variances, and demonstrating an ability to analyze and support financial results.
- Analyzing fund balances in conjunction with financial agreements, premium and claims adjustments, and construction of ad hoc exhibits using our proprietary administration systems interfacing with systems including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, Business Objects, Mainframe, and Tableau.
- Initiating journal entries, wire transfers, special invoices, and electronic payments.
- Participating in the quarterly financial reporting process, managing deliverables according to specific time parameters.
Qualifications
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products (specifically Excel)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- College degree preferred
- Goal oriented with an ability to organize and analyze information
- Strong critical thinking, communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently for the benefit of a team
Physical Job Requirements
- Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse and computer for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
- Ability to utilize telephone for 2-4 hours per day.
- Ability to perform grasping tasks throughout the entire work day (examples: handwriting, grasping of equipment/machines, paper manipulation, sorting, folding, handling stacks of paper).
