JOB SUMMARY (Description): Intern will gain valuable work experience and skills supporting the IT team and work closely with other departments. In this role, you’ll help support Securitas charter to transform protective services by assisting the business analysis team in preparing business process documentation and strategies. Ability to work well in a dynamic environment, think creatively, and process driven.

- Conducting research and compiling data about business processes
- Analyzing internal processes, data and problems and identify benefits from enabling new capabilities
- Supporting the business analysis team in developing business plans and strategies
- Help organize data repository and support documentation
- Assist in developing training materials, handouts, and desktop procedures
- Works closely with business analysis team to understand the role of a business analyst within an IT organization
- Offer suggestions for improvements
- Complete other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications At Entry
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- College student or recent High School graduate with interest in pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field or work experience

- Tools – Experience in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc. and any BPM software

- Collaborates well with strong interpersonal and organizational savvy

- Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations
