- As a Cloud Content Engineer, you’ll be part of a team of problem solvers who are passionate about working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, client-centric environment.
- The CCE is part of the Cloud Operations team, supporting Securonix cloud’s 24/7 Securonix Threat Labs team that is responsible for building the security analytics content, anomaly and threat detection models for the Securonix Snypr Next Generation SIEM platform and responding and providing awareness of advanced cyber and insider threats to our community. The CCE manages the first level support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Cloud Content Engineer Will Be Responsible For
- This position will be providing the first level of support by; identifying; troubleshooting issues; reviewing and creating tickets with good documentation; managing incident tickets; escalating issues; working with engineers to resolve issues and alerts, and participating in other operational activities when needed.
- First level support for all content monitoring events, based on documented instructions. Improving content operations, scalability and availability through better use of monitoring tools and by proactive monitoring.
- Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
- Ticket creation, documentation, remedial administration, Ownership of Incident
- Acknowledge cases and tickets, assigned to the content queue as the first level of support. Resolve low- and medium-complexity issues by executing defined SOPs” under the responsibilities.
- Work independently to troubleshoot & investigate incoming alerts within strict SLA boundaries.

Basic Qualifications
- Completed at least a bachelor’s degree in 2020/2021. with Computer Science/Information Security/Information Technology major.
- Passion to learn Cyber Security tools and relevant technologies.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of Linux operating system CLI commands.
