What you ll do:
- Develop code/validations based on reading and understanding business and functional requirements.
- Analyze client data to confirm that it conforms with requirements.
- Define relationships perform mapping between legacy data and SEI Wealth Platform
- Use available tools to execute and monitor the progress of migration tasks.
- Produce high-quality code/validations to meet all project deadlines and ensure it matches the requirements.
- Analyze and resolve issues found during the testing or trial executions of the client implementation lifecycle; coordinate changes with project team leaders and cross-work team members.
- Provide technical support to project team members and respond to inquiries regarding errors or questions about programs.
- Create technical documentation per defined corporate standards and guidelines.
- Interact with architects, tech leads, team members and project manager as required to address technical and schedule issues.
What you bring to the role:
- BS Degree in Computer Science or applicable programming area of study or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with an application development organization; must demonstrate experience delivering systems with exceptionally high degree of quality.
- Experience with Data Migration.
- Working knowledge of SEI Wealth Platform specifically related to currency, fee and statement events, asset set up, investment compliance rules and account set up would be advantageous
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other disciplines including Business Analysts, Technical Leads, senior level managers and Project Managers.
- Moderate to advanced skills in database development using PL/SQL.
- Possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment that supports production and maintenance level changes.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward project completion
- Ability and desire to work in an iterative development model which emphasizes speed and proactive decision making
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
- Proven self-starter with track record of setting goals and delivering results
- Ability to work effectively under little supervision
- Strong adaptability, innovative skills, and attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
