Job Location: Noida

Semarchy is looking for an intelligent Data Engineer to join our growing customer success team. Your primary objective would be to get trained in Semarchy xDM (Master Data Management) and Data Integration xDI(ETL) platforms and be able to solve our existing clients complex data-related business and, or technical issues.

We prefer someone who knows the Enterprise Software space, and is excited about a great product, and a fast-paced, fun, and exciting environment.

The ideal candidate will perhaps have experience in an ETL/MDM/BI software support position, demonstrating consistent solid performance and great teamwork. The role would also suit a recent IT graduate.

Customer Success Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot both functional and performance issues
  • Understand, reproduce, and resolve issues raised by customers
  • Maintain communication with clients, providing regular updates to issues raised
  • Act as the liaison between the customer and our development team as required

Customer Success Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales to plan, prepare and execute strategically to encourage prospective enterprise clients to invest in our innovative MDM solution
  • Understand client requirements to best support them and provide optimally configured solutions
  • Model the logical business case associated with each client opportunity to successfully match and modify requirements to proposed solutions
  • Create and deliver powerful technical presentations and demonstrations that clearly explain our solution
  • Evangelize the uniqueness of our value proposition
  • Manage technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
  • Aid in the implementation of client solutions (cloud, on-premises, etc.)
  • Recommend improvements, understanding how best to employ our software to meet client needs
  • Effectively communicate and represent the needs of clients to development and support organizations
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence
  • Liaise with partners across our channel organization
  • Potentially train and consult with clients beyond the sale.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field)
  • Experience in software consulting / technical support
  • Good Knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Experience in working on different database technologies like Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL etc. and solid knowledge in database optimization and tuning.
  • Experience in Linux environment
  • Experience in handling file formats like XML, JSON etc.
  • Experience in Apache Tomcat
  • Good exposure to REST and SOAP APIs
  • Experience in working on Data projects using ETL/BI tools
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge in JAVA, Apache Spark, Kafka etc.
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Hybrid, Private, etc.)
