Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Provide planning leadership for key projects, business integrations, and new capabilities through engagement with cross functional stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment around future state requirements and internal resources to enable build, test, transformation, and implementation activities.
- Develop scalable enterprise business models, grow to be the architect of Anaplan landscape
- Oversee data flows and development of integrations between internal systems
- Identifies and recommend model/process improvements in the digital transformation initiatives. Assesses risk points and drives mitigation.
- Translates user requirements into design and development plans, including timeline and development effort to generate detailed project schedules through sprint cycles.
- Work directly with the business on strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Manages Anaplan model builder staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Sets and manages performance expectations for direct reports. Develops employee career development growth opportunities.

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- 3+ years’ experience managing a team that owns the Anaplan platform.
- Experience the list of models: data hub, model, reporting model etc. Data flow between models and systems.
- Designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining procedures, best practices and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
- Experience managing joint projects of various sizes.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Working with the stakeholders across multiple time-zones.

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
