Job Description:
SUMMARY:
The main function of a Supply Chain Analyst is to source data to run and compile the monthly analytics presented in our S&OP cycles. They will partner with various cross-functional teams to coordinate results. This will include tracking assumptions and highlighting important variances or gaps. Analytical needs range from recurring weekly and monthly reporting to ad-hoc investigations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for aggregating large data sets, analyzing data, synthesizing business insight, and clearly communicating findings.
• Maintain and develop reporting, models, tools and dashboards to proactively manage focus areas for Inventory Operations, including our end-to-end inventory control tower and related gross and net.
• Excess and Obsolete (E&O) models across the portfolio of RL programs. This includes off-book materials procurement and related liability models.
• Lead actionable monitoring programs to identify trends (or issues) to initiate and support cross-functional response and data accuracy.
• Partner with Supply Planning, Materials Planning, Factory Operations, Global Sourcing and Finance teams for alignment on assumptions and inputs to ensure our data models are grounded and gaps that create financial risk.
• Partner with Logistics to assist in risk data to support network strategies and optimize storage/warehousing.
• Partner with our Business Enablement Team (BET) to identify gaps in data, bridge efficiencies with data models, and create environments for digestion of dashboards with appropriate levels of access.
• Become business systems domain expert for liability and obsolescence models to include oversight and accuracy of the units and associated dollars.
• Create and maintain inventory databases, systems, and models for accurately managing end to end inventory (E2E).
SKILLS:
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals and other technical data.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and supply chain finance terms.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with E2Open (or similar Supply Management software) a plus.
• Ability to present visual data through charts and metrics, summarizing complex data sets with high level summaries and key highlights in easy to read and digest formats.
• Experience with building cross-functional relationships and communicating effectively across levels and functional areas.
• A clear understanding of basic Supply Chain and statistical concepts.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and constant change.
TOP 3 MUST HAVE:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline or comparable experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role within operational inventory management, materials procurement, end to end inventory management or Finance.
• Manufacturing & Supply Chain expertise in a consumer retail or consumer goods environment.
• Hands on experience with both gathering and combining data from various sources into one view.
• Experience in cross-functional projects across multiple teams.
• Knowledge in Supply Chain process from Procure-to-Pay (Order-to-Cash a plus).
