The Role
- Is seen as an expert in a specific discipline by direct colleagues in a specific unit. Works under supervision within work agreements and is reviewed by manager. As autonomous Researcher / Scientist, translates the R&D guidelines and standards into practice and solves common technical R&D challenges. Works within company standards and policies under defined directions while receiving occasional guidance on techniques.
- Plans, coordinates and supervises activities performed by subcontractors and suppliers and signals non-compliance.
- Manages the relationship with multiple (groups of) internal and external (i.e. research / academic institutions) stakeholders on tactical level. Scale and severity of consequences if things go wrong are limited, involving some stakeholder management.
- Design activities concentrate on non-standard topics (guided by procedures or multiple precedents).

What We Need from You
- Ability to scope business requirements into tangible deliverables
- Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise activities performed by junior team and ensure high quality delivery
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders, and drive enthusiasm in relation to People Analytics topics
- Minimum Master’s degree in econometrics, statistics, psychometrics and applied mathematics or related fields combined with at least 5 years relevant experience.
- Practical experience specifically around quantitative and analytical skills.
- Hands-on programming experience in R or Python is required
- All-round consultancy and communication skills, plenty of intellectual curiosity and an interest in people analytics and HR
- Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-experts, both in person and in writing
- A Learner Mindset, a curiosity to learn and grow, learn from mistakes, successes and speak up openly in a safe environment.
