Junior Data Engineer
As a member of the data team, you will be responsible for shaping the data collection processes at Brad’s Deals. You will support the data needs of all business areas, but most closely work with the analytics and product teams. Your work will help all of Brad’s Deals make decisions based on data.
What You’ll Do…
In this role, you will focus on the implementation, operation, and maintenance of data management systems and ETL processes to meet the Brads Deal’s business needs. The ETL processes you will develop will populate data models from internal and external sources, including moving data into our warehouse and automating internal processes. We are a small team so you will be working on all aspects of these processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years experience with Python
- 1+ years experience with SQL
- Competency with git
Nice to Haves…
- Data engineering experience
- Bachelor in computer science is strongly preferred
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with Airflow
- Experience with Kimball models
- Experience with Linux especially Bash shell
