Shriram Finance offers Management Trainee (MT) position for First class Engineering/ Management Professionals from 2021 & 2022 Passed out batches.
With an aim to identify and groom future Leaders, Management Trainee (MT) position gives exposure to financial market perspectives with an edge to build high-impact career. MT to follow structured experiential development program that shall stimulate candidates ambition and passion, and demand high energy and intellect.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Promising career in the field of financing.
- Identification of right Customers, Customers’ interaction & relationship building
- Establishing New Business Networks & achieving desired goals
- Learn entire Gamut of Business activities of Branches / Regional Offices / Zonal Offices.
Job Location : Across Kerala
Eligibility Criteria: For Engineering:
First Class BE/B.Tech with Minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
- Core branches like Mechanical, Automobile, Civil, EEE etc.
- Age Below 25 years i.e. born on or after 01.01.1998
For MBA/PGDM:
- First Class MBA/PGDM (2-year Regular Course only) with minimum aggregate of 60%.
- Age Below 25 years i.e. born on or after 01.01.1998
Compensation :
- Selected Candidates will be paid CTC of Rs. 2.46 to 2.79 lakhs per annum during one year Training & Probation.
- After Successful Completion of one year Training & Probation , MTs will be confirmed as Assistant Manager or Equivalent Managerial Positions.
