- Data compiling of Annual and Strategic Planning (BTA) / Forecasting
- Key Business Parameters comparison setting vs achievement
- Business Performance Data Analysis (Plan Vs Actual)
- Activities for Finalization of Accounts for the business unit after necessary alignment with central Management accounts
- Ensuring necessary data and timely submission report for the Quarterly / Annual Audit completion such as Statutory, Internal, Transfer pricing, Income tax and Cost Audit
- Monitor based on the data to Ensure and adhere the ICFR control for the business Unit as “ICFR controller”, Compliance with the ICFR related defined periodic Controls
- Data compiling for Working Capital Management / Liquidity planning with special focus on Payables & Inventory Management
- Data compiling for Resource including Manpower Planning and Development alignment with Segment colleagues
- Maintain monthly Ensuring integrity of Books and Records specifically by conducting P&L and Balance sheet reviews periodically.
- Maintain monthly MIS reports and support for various Business review meetings.
- Ensuring controlling of fixed assets including fixed assets confirmation from vendors.
- Inputs for FEMA & Impairment certifications
- MIS for Bank Guarantee
- Cost analysis Data for all the segment
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- University Master’s degree in commerce
- Wide range of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in performance controlling, reporting, Audit, and finalization.
- High affinity for IT and extensive knowledge with commercial SAP applications as well as very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Power-point)
- Strong analytical skills, a quick grasp as well as independent and initiative working attitude
- Open minded, curious, communicative, and work with enthusiasm and fun with us
- Fluency in English along with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Act as a role model in the digitization of Finance & Controlling processes and driving the optimization of reporting and its interfaces
- Drive budget planning and forecast process and make the consistent define and apply relevant critical metrics securely
- Responsibility for the Master Data maintenance and financial perspective including competent analysis of business results to increase transparency
- Interaction with segment colleagues, understanding the business view, well co-ordination between Auditors and the internal stakeholders and do the finalization of accounts on a timely basis
