As a Senior Claims Management Analyst you’ll be responsible to Perform Investigation and come to conclusion on its applicability.

What you’ll do
- Perform Investigation on the short payments by customer and come to conclusion on its applicability.
- Ensure that the conclusion is based on a documentary evidence and proper trail is recorded and available for future reference.
- All postings and coding’s are performed “first time right” as per the work instructions.
- Post entries as needed, create chargeback letter to customers etc.
- Handle internal/external queries
- Ensures that all the Standard Operating procedures and internal controls are followed at all levels.
- Actively work with management to understand key challenges in the claims process and put in place mitigation actions.
- Liaison with the cash application team to understand the posting process and share claims process needs.
- Drives standardization, simplification and operational excellence in C&C.
- Do Root Cause Analysis for escalation or error cases and put a control plan to prevent recurring.
- Out of the box thinker and submit periodic process improvement ideas by coordinating with various teams.
- Be a good team player and support team as an when require.
Your qualifications
- Master’s in Finance / CA (Inter) / CWA (Inter) with 7 to 10 years if experience in claims process.
- Should be well versed with ERP (SAP). Experience of working in GetPaid tool is an added advantage.
- Should have excellent communication skill (written & verbal).
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles.
- Should have sound level of expertise in MS Office tools, especially well versed in excel, outlook & power point.
- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to multi-task competing priorities.
- Working knowledge of quality tools is an added advantage.
- Strong initiative, passion, and enthusiasm for achieving success.
- Team management experience is an add on advantage
- Open to work in 3 pm to 12 midnight (IST).
